Topsy Turvy Cake
Here’s my whimsical, psychedelic, crazy Topsy Turvy Cake! Everything is skewed, the ducky meant to be oversized and the theme nonsensical.
The 3 skewed tiers coated in buttercream…
Stacked up!
Covered in marshmallow fondant…
Stripes, hearts, polka dots, stars! Building, flower, vehicles, duck, train, ships and fish!
Now waiting for the Birthday Girl to self-collect 
, before it collapses. The illusion of instability is actually quite real!
(I mis-timed my baking schedule, the cake is ready waaay before the get-together, oops! And well, the theme not quite suited to the Birthday WOMAN).

Stacked the cake, carved the shape, buttercream layer and then marshmallow fondant.
Boy wanted it on a “chocolate road”- this is a cheat version, not free to make chocolate plastique for the road!

Jasmine Goes to Ball
Ingredients for cake, and marshmallow fondant. Marshmallow fondant rather palatable!
